What we collect

The details you enter in our Google Forms: your contact details, education, experience, skills and availability. If you subscribe to the private room, we also keep your payment ID. If you rate us or a platform, we keep your score with your email address. Google stores this information for us.

When you sign in, we email a one-time code to the address you enter. We set one cookie to keep you signed in for up to 7 days, and we don't use it for tracking or advertising.

If a company contacts us through our inquiry form, we keep the details they send so we can reply.

How we use it

• To review your request to join and tell you the outcome
• To check your profile against open projects and message you about matches
• To email you about your request and send sign-in codes
• To help you with onboarding if you ask us to
• To manage access to the private room

Who can see it

Only you and the Tabiz team can see your profile. It's shown on this site only to you, after you sign in. We don't sell it, and we don't pass it to a platform on your behalf. If we'd like to put you forward for a company's project, we'll ask you first. You apply to each platform yourself and choose what you share with it.

Public pages only show totals, such as the number of members and offers, and average ratings once at least 5 members have rated. They never show who gave a rating.

Changing or deleting your data

Ask us at any time to update or delete your profile, or to stop messaging you.

Other services

This site loads fonts from Google, and we use Google to store data and send email. It's hosted on Cloudflare. Community groups and each platform have their own privacy policies, which apply once you join or apply there.
